The problem
The current packaging instructions were combined with Logistics work instructions thus making the warehouse work instructions a 20-page document.
If the usual warehouse worker was not preparing the shipment, often times, we would receive shipping error reports from the customer. Ultimately the shipment would be returned back to us until we could meet the proper shipping requirements requested by the customer.

Each item used within the packaging process is clearly listed along with a visual so warehouse workers know exactly which materials are needed to prepare an order according to the part number.
Packaging instructions are then listed step by step with a visual. Instructions are written in a way that is easily comprehendible for anyone who may not be familiar with the process.

I drew a quick storyboard to show the warehouse process and the dilemma they run into along with a potential solution. This allows me to visualize how posters would look on the bulletin board to better view what the warehouse would see.

I started out by creating a template to get an idea of how I would want the information to flow on the page along. I added as many details as possible that could be related to warehouse duties or that the warehouse could find useful.

The high fidelity wireframes is a refined version of the original template above. Afte finalizing the wireframe, they were review by my supervisor to get his final approval to assure all the details were sufficient.
